Science Experiment

Pre k is exploring new ideas.  This week we learned the letter Cc. We created a list of words that begin with Cc. We wrote the letter Cc. For art we made corn.  Then in Science we predicted what would happen if we put Pop Corn in water and baking soda and then add vinegar. Some of our guesses were it would turn colors, it will pop, and it will disappear.

Then we mixed the baking soda in the water and added the corn. We used measuring cups and learned how to measure and follow directions.  Then we added the vinegar and watched the popcorn dance in the solution.
